General Returns

 

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 30 days of receipt. All returns items will be inspected and are subject to 20% restocking fee. Please contact Allora USA at 571-291-3484 or email sales@allorausa.com

To qualify for a general return, the item(s):

 

  • Products are in resalable condition
  • Free from scratches and/or defects
  • Must not have been installed
  • Must be in the original box
  • Must not have any writing on the original packaging
  • Must not be missing pieces
  • Must not be clearance/closeout

 

Damaged or Incorrect Item Return Policy

 

  • Allora USA will replace all damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect the sink within this timeline and email sales@allorausa.com to report any damage/error and acquire a Return Authorization Number. Damaged or incorrect products will be replaced at the time the report is made, if the report is filed within 7 days of delivery.
