Section 1
Under the 2010 ADA Standards (§606.3), the rim or counter surface of an accessible lavatory or sink must be no higher than 34 inches above the finished floor. The same 34-inch maximum applies to kitchen sinks in accessible kitchens (§804.4 references §606).
Height is measured to the top of the rim or counter, whichever is higher, so an undermount sink with a thick countertop can fail even when the bowl itself sits low. Check the finished assembly, not the sink drawing.
An accessible sink needs a 30-by-48-inch clear floor space for a forward approach (§305.3, §606.2), plus knee and toe clearance under the sink (§306):

A standard vanity or base cabinet blocks knee clearance, so accessible units use a wall-hung sink, an open counter with a finished underside, or a removable base cabinet where the applicable code allows it.
An ADA-compliant faucet meets the operable-parts rule in §309.4: it can be operated with one hand and does not require tight grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist, and it takes no more than 5 pounds of force to operate. Lever, push, touch, and sensor-activated faucets typically comply; round knobs that must be gripped and turned do not.
The faucet controls must also sit within reach range from the clear floor space, which is why spout and handle placement on a deep counter matters as much as handle style. If a self-closing faucet is used, it must stay open for at least 10 seconds (§606.4).
Every Allora kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet is tagged ADA compliant on allorausa.com, and Allora publishes filtered ADA kitchen faucet and ADA bathroom faucet collections. Product pages describe the single-handle lever as ADA-compliant for one-hand temperature and flow control; the A-806 pull-down is the representative kitchen model. The tag covers the operable part; reach range still depends on where the faucet sits on the counter.
Both can apply, and they set different requirements. The ADA governs public and common-use areas of a property (leasing office, clubhouse, common laundry, public restrooms). Dwelling units in buildings with four or more units, first occupied after March 13, 1991, fall under the Fair Housing Act design and construction requirements, and most jurisdictions enforce them through ICC A117.1 Type A and Type B unit provisions adopted in the IBC (Chapter 11).
Type B units, the most common multifamily requirement, allow a conventional base cabinet under the kitchen sink if it is removable and the floor and wall behind it are finished. Type A units require the knee and toe clearance described above at the time of construction. Confirm the unit type mix with the architect before standardizing a sink and cabinet package.
Accessible shower requirements are in §608 of the 2010 ADA Standards. Controls must be operable per §309.4 (one hand, no tight grasping, 5 lbf max), and a hand-held spray unit with a hose at least 59 inches long is required, with an on/off control and a non-positive shut-off. In a transfer-type shower, controls sit on the wall opposite the seat between 38 and 48 inches above the floor; in a roll-in shower, they are mounted on the back wall or a side wall adjacent to the seat.
A pressure-balancing or thermostatic valve listed to ASSE 1016 / ASME A112.1016 / CSA B125.16 is required by the plumbing code for all showers, accessible or not, to limit scald risk.
Allora's ADA-ST-72 hand shower with slide bar ships with a 59-1/2 inch hose and a three-function hand shower, is listed cUPC to ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1 and NSF/ANSI/CAN 61, and is specified for the AL7-01 pressure-balanced valve, which includes stops and an adjustable temperature safety stop. The ST-7008 (tub and shower) and ST-7018 (shower-only) trim kits add a single-lever control with integrated diverter and hand shower, in chrome, brushed nickel, and matte black. Valve trim and rough-in are sold separately from the ADA-ST-72.
Section 2
For U.S. projects, a specifier should see a cUPC (IAPMO R&T) or equivalent third-party listing showing the product is tested to the standard for its category, plus NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 and NSF/ANSI 372 for anything that carries drinking water. The standards by fixture type:

Ask for the listing certificate or the IAPMO file number for the exact model number and finish on the submittal. A listing on a sister model does not transfer.

The federal maximum is 2.2 gallons per minute at 60 psi for kitchen and lavatory faucets and 2.5 gpm at 80 psi for showerheads (10 CFR 430.32). Several states set lower limits, and many multifamily projects specify WaterSense products to meet green-building or utility-rebate requirements.

Colorado, Washington, Nevada, Hawaii, Vermont, and several other states have adopted limits close to California's. Confirm the project state's current standard before finalizing a faucet schedule, and confirm the aerator or flow restrictor shipped with the model matches the limit.
Allora's A-806 and A-810 pull-down kitchen faucets are rated 1.8 gpm, which meets California's kitchen limit without a separate restrictor, and Allora's ADA shower heads are WaterSense-labeled. Lavatory faucet flow rates are printed on each model's spec sheet; match the rate to the project state's limit before finalizing the schedule.
Yes. Every faucet sold in the United States for drinking water must meet the Safe Drinking Water Act limit of 0.25 percent weighted average lead content on wetted surfaces, in force since January 2014. Allora faucets go further with a hybrid waterway that eliminates metal-to-water contact inside the faucet body, and Allora spec sheets cite NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 for drinking-water contact.

Transit time depends on the destination. The site does not publish a lead time for quantities beyond current stock, so confirm the ship date on the project quote.
No minimum is required to apply for a trade account or to request project pricing. Some products or pricing tiers carry minimum quantities, which display in the trade portal once an account is logged in.
Allora's warranty term depends on how the fixture is used, not who buys it:

Coverage is for defects in material and craftsmanship and excludes labor, shipping, installation error, corrosive cleaners, and normal wear. The warranty applies to the original buyer and is not transferable, except that when a plumbing contractor buys the product it extends to the first property owner. Yes on inventory: Allora states it holds specified models in stock so later phases and additional properties match the original spec, and trade accounts can duplicate a past order by SKU. Trade pricing is set per account rather than per project, so a phased release reorders at the account's tier; ask your account rep to note phase quantities on the original quote.

Kitchen faucets come in chrome, brushed nickel, matte black, and brushed gold; the A-806 and A-810 families offer all four. Bathroom faucets, shower trim kits, and ADA hand showers come in chrome, brushed nickel, and matte black across the Rainvera, Velora, and Serenica collections, so a bathroom package can match faucet, trim, and hand shower in one finish. Stainless sinks are brushed stainless, with a PVD matte black finish on three models.
A complete submittal for a kitchen or bath fixture includes the model number and finish, a dimensioned spec sheet, installation instructions, the third-party listing certificate, flow-rate data where applicable, and the compatible rough-in or mounting components. For accessible units, add the ADA or A117.1 compliance statement for the installed assembly. Allora provides these documents on the Technical Documents page for each model; a fixture-package review can assemble them into one submittal set for the project.
A lower unit price costs more when it adds rework, substitutions, or field delays. The most common causes are a faucet and sink that do not fit together (spout reach, deck holes, hose clearance), trim that does not match the installed rough-in valve, missing listing documents that stall inspection, and a model that is discontinued before the last phase ships.
Pricing a fixture package as a unit, with documentation and phase-availability confirmed up front, avoids each of these.
