We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Fill out the form below and our Customer Service team will review your request and email you an RMA number with return instructions.

Before you begin

  • Written authorization is required before sending anything back. Items returned without it can't be credited.
  • Standard returns carry a 20% restocking fee. Damaged, defective, or missing items are exempt.
  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
  • For standard returns, the customer covers return shipping. Missing products are deducted from the refund.
  • Item arrived damaged? Just choose that reason below — we'll guide you through it.

Pack your return securely

You're responsible for getting the item back to us safely. If a return arrives damaged because it wasn't packed properly, your refund may be reduced or denied. Use sturdy packaging and enough cushioning to protect the item in transit.
