"I registered the Allora USA kitchen sink faucet 11 years ago and it paid off. A slow drip started about a month ago. I called Allora to get a part for repair. The customer service person - Matt, was fantastic! He advised that I needed a Faucet cartridge and indeed that was the part that fixed the drip. I also mentioned that the spray head did not look so great either, and he said they could send a spray head and hose assembly also. The new spray head has better spray pattern than the old one. I am very happy with the faucet again and look forward to many more years of use fron the faucet."
