"I am very disappointed in this product and will not buy it again. This will be the third head on the faucet in about 6 years. It seems like they last for 2 to 3 years. That is unexceptionable to me. It’s great that it is guaranteed for life but it still costs me over $20.00 for shipping and handling. The first time I had no problem with that cost now that I see it lasts 2 to 3 years i question the quality of the product"
