For undermount sinks, the cutout style is primarily a matter of personal preference. You can choose between a negative reveal, positive reveal, or a flush cut with the countertop. Allora USA provides files for all three cutout options, which you can access through this link.
While some installers can mount the sink with slightly less space, we recommend leaving 1-1/2 extra inches on each side of the sink to ensure adequate room for the mounting clips required during installation.
